Sehr gute Lage, Wohnung ist im 1.OG und die Dachterasse liegt im vierseitig geschlossenen Innenhof auf dem Dach des Hofgebäudes. Der Vermieter sollte eine Familienpackung "Ohropax" spendieren, da das Gebäude extrem hellhörig ist. Für einen Städtetripp ist die Wohnung aber gut geeignet.

Very good location, just in the center of Barcelona. Casa Batlo, Sagrada Famiglia and Plaza Catalunya are in a walking distance. The appartment is clean and provides everything you need. Teresa is very nice and hospitable too. I would definitely recommend it. Nagia from Greece

The apartment was nice and clean and generally quiet and we enjoyed staying there. However, the toilet flush was half-broken and you can smell smoke coming from other apartments from the bathroom.

Really nice apartment and good location. Next to public transports and Sagrada Familia. Very quiet and gives you the feeling of actually living in Barcelona. When we went there the we werent aloud to go to the terrace because there where some works, but its definatly a big plus, cause its huge and you can enjoy the sun and have some relax outside. I would definitely come back again. If you are not a couple or its 4 people the door of the bathroom doesnt close that well... so not that much privacy.

As an apartment it was good and can fit a lot of people too, cos the sofa is good to sleep on too. There was a problem with insects mainly ants running around, but on the whole it was fine. Even the location is good, the metro and hop on and hop off buses were not far away. For who loves shopping there is everything at Diagonal Mar.

Appartement loin du centre ville de Barcelone, difficile a trouver, heureusement mde pâkita est très gentille elle est venu ns chercher. Service de nettoyage en plus, or pas de balai rien du tout dans l appart.

The location was fine. It was fairly quiet and the beds were comfortable. On the negative side,there was no kettle to make tea/coffee. Because the apartment dark and was hot and stuffy we did not use the kitchen facilities but ate out instead. The shower head kept falling off which made showering dificult. Overall it was ok but expensive for what it was.

Ottimo il quartiere, la posizione strategica, molto bello il condominio con anche il portiere, eccezionale la piscina utilizzabile fino alle 22:00!!!! Molto utile e importante il parcheggio, aria condizionata importante, 2 bagni comodi. Negativo il fatto di non poter usare la lavatrice perché non c`é la possibilità di stenderli per asciugare, problema anche per i teli mare. Male anche non poter tenere aperte le finestre essendo al piano terra. Nel complesso il voto é ottimo. Grazie

I recommend this apartment to everyone. Even though it is not big, it has everything what you need. It was very clean and dona Teresa who came for check in and check out was very kind and friendly. The location is great-just 2 minutes to the metro statio (Passeig de Gracia). Ideal for 2-4 people.

I really liked to stay with you. Good apartment, helpful staff who always go to a meeting, very nice) But we do not like the way retracted into the apartment. But in general, everything is fine. Thank you!

We loved our visit to Barcelona and being able to occupy an apartment. The mall is minutes away by walk. The neighborhood is pristine. The hostess, Paquita, was lovely and quite helpful. I would most strongly recommend the stay for anyone interested in a peaceful and lovely apartment.

Everything was fine, we had a nice break. Only 2 sets of keys and only one map for the flat. The roller bed rolled but there is not enough space to raise it and use it properly so a couple have to sleep at different hights. NOT IDEAL. But it was clean, tidy and had pretty much everything we needed.

Well located apartment. fully furnished and cleaned. excellent zone with supermarket, bar and restaurants, well connected to the rest of the city by metro and buses. the apartment is preferable for short periods because it is not so big.

Great and plaisant way to stay in barcelona

We highly recommend this property if you want local experience, not a tourist one. It is very accessible to public transportation. Away from the hustle and bustle of big city yet a stones throw away. Grocery shopping is also convenient, just across the main road. If safety is concern, walking to and from the Metro which is a couple of blocks away at 2am was a non-event for us. The on-sight manager also made udder at home and very accessible. Furnishings and appliances were all newer and fully functional. Just get used to the slim shower stalls found in most condos in Europe, including this one. We enjoyed our stay, thanks. - Bob andElizabeth

appartement mignon,agréable,très fonctionnel, bien équipé IKEA,tout neuf, peut-être un peu juste pour 4 personnes quand clic-clac utilisé pour 2 et pour la vaisselle(en mettre pour 6 personnes serait encore mieux), surement parfait pour 2-3 personnes;tous commerces très proches,train de banlieu aussi (sorte de RER), métro 10 mn à pied puis à 2 stations de la place de Espania, un peu excentré par rapport aux remblas,mais pas gênant pour marcheurs et court séjour.

It was a little difficult to find on our immediate arrival but once we figured everything out it was great. The apartment could have had few more basics like dish soap, fresh dish cloth, more than one tea towel and a wine opener. It is modern and spacious. Nice safe area and would stay there again. Loved Barcelona and look forward to our return.

Hello, My family spent two months in Tetuan and it was WONDERFUL. The flat is large and well-equipped -- 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Lots of storage space. The location is GREAT! It is literally 15 feet from the metro station. You couldn´t be closer. And the area, Exemple, is beautiful, not too touristy, close to La Sagrada Familia, loaded with groceries, bakeries, etc.... The back terrace is unique and wonderful and the front balcony is a great place to drink a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy the noises of Barcelona. We hope to come back next year.

En plus d´etre idéalement placé (à mi chemin entre les ramblas et le port olympique : 15 min à pied), cet appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé, l´accès à la terrasse de l´immeuble est simple et vous permettra de prendre vos petits-déjeuners, déjeuners et diners en plein air au soleil avec une vue incroyable sur le port.... !

La atención al cliente es extraordinaria. Los apartamentos están en perfecto estado: muy limpios, y totalmente equipados, no les falta ningún detalle, además de tener muebles muy modernos. Uno se siente como en su propia casa. Además los precios son asequibles y van acorde con la calidad de los apartamentos. Repetiremos el año que viene sin duda.

Appartment and welcome were great. The terrace is very nice. We were with 4 people and each had its own room (1 double room and 2 others). The beach is @ 3 min walk from the appartment. Transport to the center is very easy (15 min with the bus). But a lot of traffic just behind the bedrooms is generating much noise (don´t forget your earplugs ;-) ) People from the agency are really friendly and can help you at any moment!

Stayed for 4 days. Nice and pleasant neighborhood, a little outside the rush city center but with a convenient connection by metro to all the tourist sites. The apartment is modern and well equiped, on a first floor. However, the lift was not working (a problem if you want to bring your lugagge from and to the underground parking) and the building bureau was not always open during the stated working hours.

We stayed at barcelona4seasons fira 10 while in barcelona for the weekend and it was overall good. The apartment was clean and very affordable and the owner was accomodating. We were not quite sure about the location... it was close to the metro stop and a couple of stops from the city, but on the opposite side of the city from the beach. It was nice to be a little outside of the touristy/loud areas of the city. After staying there for a couple of days we felt safe but it took a little time to get familiar with the area. There are grocery store, bakery and fruit shops all right down the street so we really enjoyed using the kitchen to save money on food as well. Overall a good place to stay.

Hemos estado 4 noches como en casa. Amplio, luminoso, limpio y moderno. La cocina completa. Por la noche no se oía ni un ruido.Gracias a la buena situacion y la cercana parada de metro, el coche estuvo todo el tiempo en el Garaje. Por ponerle un pequeño pero, las camas podian ser mas grandes.(son buenas pero estrechas) Muy recomendables.

Had a very pleasant 5 day stay at a this apartment. Excellent location, right beside Plaça de Sants metro station. Very clean and well equiped. The recepionist very helpful and freindly.

El apartamento muy moderno, muy bien equipado no le faltaba nada, la cocina completísima y límpia . Además tenía wi-fi y parking subterraneo donde dejamos el coche al llegar y no lo movimos hasta la salida, pues estaba situado muy cerca del metro y en muy buena zona. Recomendable.

L´accueil a été parfait, Suzanna a répondu a toutes nos questions. L´appartement est aussi propre que sur les photos, il y a pas mal d´appareils electromenager (four, frigo, plaques, micro onde, lave vaisselle, lave linge, presse orange, mixeur), un aspirateur aurait été le bienvenue. Il y a aussi une télé et un lecteur dvd. Les 2 chambres disposent de grands placards/penderies, les lits relativement confortables. Comme nous sommes arrivés et partis en milieu de semaine, nos draps n´ont pas été changés ce qui est dommage vu la chaleur à Barcelone au mois d´aout . La salle de bain a été parfaite. L´appartement est situé dans un quartier plutot calme, un petit supermarché n´est pas loin, ainsi qu´un primeur, un cybercafé, bars de quarter. (le wifi est d´ailleurs accessible dans l´appartement). Surtout l´
